      I tried to work everything and it was the first time I did weights out on the floor and not in a class so kind of getting familiar with the machines. I dont really like machines, there are a few that are neccessary but for the most part I like free weights.

    a lil cardio before muscle conditioning. 5 min warmup, then intervals. Ran a lot faster today to get my heart rate up more. 90 sec @ 6.5 - 7 mph then 90-120 sec @ 3.5 mph to bring my hr back down. last few minutes at 10 incline

      I used to teach spinning, got taught by Johnny G himself when he came to Cape Town...taught for about 10 years, last 5 years have not done a spinning class as my gym only has ONE class a week...

    Just wanted to get a lil cardio in and get warmed up before my Body Pump class. 3 min w.u. then intervals of run 1 min @ 6.5 mph then 1.5 min @ 3.5 did that until the last 4 or 5 min then cooled down so I could make it through my wieghts class.

      I prefer lifting weights to doing cardio so I love this class. I live having a different instructor each time I go (M,TH, Sat) and they dont pay for the Les Mills liscence so they aren't strict about sticking with the same routine. They call it Muscle Conditioning but it is the same thing as Body Pump. Work each area, high reps, keeping the heart rate up the whole time. I bet it would be hard to take someone elses class once you have taught, but it could be fun. I like doing different things, keeps it fun
