Oh, now I remember why I love my Free 3.0s! I decided to try running this route on wet pavement in a pair of 0 drop golite fast hiking shoes because my nikes were still wet from yesterday and my trail shoes suck on wet pavement). Heavy shoes make a fella tired. Stiff (compared to my usual choices not compared to hiking shoes - these are great hiking shoes) shoes make my left foot hurt. I was a little miserable by the time I got to the lyon steps so I walked that part. Still good morning run! Getting in the miles. (5 from BART / 1 to BART)
