    My calf is not too happy with me right now, but oh my goodness was it nice to run before the temperature hit 90. I saw at least 4 other runners in my neighborhood this morning.

      I'm going to try running tonight. I hope around 7 or so, maybe it will be "cool"er. :) EDIT: 7PM will be 90F @53 Humidity.

      Cooler is definitely relative here. 90 is better than 96, for sure. Stay hydrated!
