    Been sick for a week and a half, and it showed in the numbers. Gave up and just rolled towards the end. Better than wimping out and sitting at home though.

    Better than nothing. Ticking the legs over, after Rob Crowe described the amount of ergo I'm doing relative to base miles as "like drinking cordial without the water."

    As expected after doing not much other than ergo sessions for a while, power is good and endurance is not so good. Happy with that average pace though. A few PRs on Strava.

    You know you're working hard when you pull a muscle in your neck in a sprint. :) Went at it hard for the last session of the year. Had nothing left at the end.
