    First half an it was a trail race. I was not feeling it today had no speed what so ever. By mile 11 i was barely running.

      For a trail race, that's an awesome time. Trails are totally different animals. Tough ones. Like bears.

      Way to finish! I'm scared to attempt a trail half because of how slow I always am on the trails. You get to subtract at least ten minutes because it wasn't on the road. I'm sure of it.
