Running on beach, on vacation. Hot, humid but at least not polluted air. VERY slow, 11:00 pace and HR still in low 120s. Raining first three miles, and then mostly cloudy, but still painful.

able to maintain good pace at 130-135 HR, so feel like fitness is starting to come in. Smog cleared out, but waited until rush hour to run, so lots of pollution anyways.
