good Hill and more hills 3.5 mi

Hit the gym for back and core, then had 1m w/u, 300m hill repeats, and a cool down. Truly exciting, thrilling stuff. You may be dumber for having read this. I'm sorry or you're welcome. Whichever you think applies. ☺

    I did intervals tonight. Is it twisted that I'm totally jealous of your hills? As a general rule, I would prefer running uphill over glass while carrying a fat gnome over doing 1600m repeats. Nice, envy-inspiring run.
