    Sore hip again (inflammation, suspecting a new food allergy) and opted for a walk instead of my planned run. The scenery was amazing, big crashing waves today. :)

      Nice job but sorry about the hip... I have lots of food allergies too, that's why I'm plantbased vegan .. Allergic to all dairy and several herbs & nuts..

      I'm the exact opposite, all plant products cause massive inflammation for me. I'm strictly carnivore. I think a package of something that's normally safe may have been contaminated. I suspect soy (I'm highly allergic), based on my reaction. I stuck with non-processed foods yesterday and am feeling much better. :)

    Very happy today! First time I've ever had a streak hit triple digits. Woot! MAF heart rate training. Hubby joined me for a couple of miles before going on his own route.
