Good job, Jane! If you happen to have an iPhone, you can consider using Runmeter for iPhone. Add a Wahoo heart rate monitor to that, and you can compare your heart rate to your effort.

Runmeter is very advanced, btw, it will upload maps and whatever you like, to DM, Facebook, twitter and more, and even better, while you run, you can set it so that any comment (or filtered) on DM/FB/T will be spoken loud to you, while you run. THAT is GREAT fun, especially during a race ...

only issue with Runmeter is that it costs about double of the pro version of Endomondo

What are your empty tanks? Nice distance!

Empty tanks are because I'm on a powder diet getting me into a fat burning fase that empties carbon hydrate depots before starting to burn fat depots. That means you have no "fast"energy to use for working out hard, so I should expect an easier run when I go back to normal diet again :o)

I see! Are you tired much?

No, not tired, just not too good at working out close to maximum :o) Otherwise I actually feel more energeticv :o)
