100 Pushup Week Five Day 1 Ro... 00:20
I started out my quest for 100 pushups because in the initial test, I was at 35. It was tough.

I ran for the first 3.5 miles very well. Then I broke the last mile up into 4 sets of intervals. The intervals caused me a 45 min workout
