I can tell my upper body is slowly, but surely, gaining strength. I'm focusing on from on my pull ups. When I began, I could not do one. Now I can do three good ones. My goal is to work up to 3 sets of 8 pull ups. So I'm definitely making progress. I can actually feel my lats engaging now, which is encouraging!
