Saturday I started some strength training. I'm starting off slow and building up. Right now, I am doing fundamental exercises, and will add weights in about a month or so. I never knew such simple exercises could make me so sore!
Lunges: 3 sets of 8 on each leg
Pushups: 3 sets of 8
Situps: 3 sets of 8
Pullups: 3 sets of 8 ( I cannot complete these yet...so I use a chair and walk up, and then lower myself down. I hope to be able to do these within a month or so.)
