Today's run was ok. I didn't feel great, but the first two miles I averaged an 8:30 pace, which made me happy. Then I had to take a phone call, which interupted my run. The last 1.3 miles I forgot to start back my timer. It was an uphill haul, and I was feeling tired, so I know I didn't maintain that pace.
