      I have a love/hate relationship with the side planks. They were part of my PT exercise routine, which has saved my IT bands and knees! They are worth it. :)

    Was flying with the Pan Am gals on the TV as I rode my trainer this morning. A few drills and high cadence work followed by easy spin. Good stuff!

    What was supposed to be an easy 30 minute run, turned into a 45min run/walk workout. Right glut and hamstring were quite cranky today- best to take it easy while in transition, but dang it.
