Sunday Swim with Pull Buoy

- 100 m freestyle for Warm-up
- 50 m kickboard: not sure why I did this, but as soon as I started, I could tell that my legs were definitely fatigued from yesterday's
11-miler.
- 650 m freestyle with pull buoy: I am getting better at this. I don't flutter kick on instinct anymore. I concentrated on making sure I didn't drag my arms and that they didn't meet mid-stroke.
In honor of Valentine's Day, today's "alphabet laps count" was sweet treats!

Great swim! Wish I could swim like that. I am very very slow. But it is such a great workout.
