Three days of running in a row does not do my body good. But its a miracle that I could even run at all today, after that 9-miler yesterday.

I absolutely love running in the early morning. Its the best way to start the day. It was 45 degrees when I headed out and it was just the right temperature for me.

I used my new headlamp for the first time today - what a difference it made! I could see all the bumps on the road and didn't have to worry if I was going to biff it.

Unfortunately, my legs felt like bricks today, not that that surprises me. Work is going to be crazy this week and I won't be able to run again until Thursday night. But I'm ok with that...I need the rest!
