Forced myself to go to bed early (9:30 pm) so I didn't really feel the effects of Daylight Savings. Had a nice solo workout in the Spin studio. Switched up the inclines every 5 minutes.

    Nice solo spin! I tried to get to bed at my normal time but just tossed and turned..always takes me a week or so to adjust.
