2nd hour at the gym was spent on the Stair Mill (the one where the stairs move). Did the Fat Burn Program on Level 7 and climbed 230 floors. It was a sweaty mess.


Nice job! I did the stair mill at our gym this AM too - climbed 123 floors in 30 min. I haven't sweat like that in a long time! Felt so good!!
