The plan was to run intervals on the treadmill. The first mile of this workout was done on the treadmill, but my legs were so tired and felt like bricks. I just couldn't do it so I switched over to the elliptical and managed to finish 30 minutes on it. Will attempt the run again tomorrow.


It is good that you finished the workout. Keep listening to your body and take breaks from running when you need to. Good for you!
