    An hour on the bike trainer this morning while watching last night's Grammy's on my DVR.

    Walked the last mile home. When I got home I stretched, took an ice bath and iced it. Feels much better. I don't think it's anything serious and I'm glad I didn't push it.

      My previous Garmin was the 310XT but I just got the 910XT. This was my first run with it, but so far it worked really well. Buttons are better positioned and easier to press. It did take a bit longer to pick up satellite, but definitely not as long as the 305 takes.

    - 10 TRX body rows
    - 10 TRX one-legged squats with bicep curls
    * 1-min rest in-between sets

      My trainer was having me do 3 1-min planks too but I opened my big mouth & bragged that I held it for 3 min so he upped the intensity. I'm scared that I'll never see 1-min planks again. :(

      I do 2x1 minute planks... and my second plank usually ends up being closer to 45 seconds. SO IMPRESSED!
