Karthik P. had organized this, and as a good Indian, I couldn't turn down anything that was free, even if it meant going there at 5 am. Pretty tough workout - warmups, circuits and 5 sets of jumpsquats + sprints. Of course the 'sprints' degenerated to tempo runs and then slow jogs, but was still exhausting. Arvind decided to take pity on us beginners and let us stretch and chill from then, while the others continued to slog. Don't think I can do this on a regular basis unless I give up running!
