    Andyville box loops. Kept the pace slow and steady and somehow still fell, hips a bit sore hopefully nothing too serious!

    Was hoping to do a group run tonight, but lots to do. Dressed a bit too warmly and felt and went sluggish..FYI not all water fountains on the LF are on. (9:57, 9:55, 9:47, 9:37)

    Felt like crap 80% of the run...but that 20% was good. A newer group of uptown runners showed up so that was nice! (9:19, 9:31, 10:12, 9:40, 9:22, 9:52)
