So I am back in daily mile. I kind of quit after my surgery and became a couch potato. I went back to the gym and while I did go, I made very bad food choices so I am kind of back to where I started and then some. This time I am committed to make the change. If I made it once I can make it again.
I decided to dropped the gym membership because I really hated going to the gym. I am more of an outdoors person, so I am trying this. So far I have been loving it! I take my hyper dog to exercise with me and he is loving it! No only do I get to exercise in a beautiful park but I also get to spend time with my dog, Max! I used to feel so guilty going to the gym and leaving him at home after being at work all day.

    Welcome back!! I dropped my gym membership years ago!! Investing in workout clothes to battle the elements (I guess in FL that just means a good running rain jacket) were good tradeoffs.

    Hey, our dog is also named Max (he's old though so I can't take him running)! Don't worry about starting over...many of us have done it multiple times. The important thing is that you're getting back at it - welcome back!
