    So, apparently I tore some stomach muscle when I lifted something so no running for me. However, I can walk so I took Max for a long walk yesterday. It felt really good to be back on the move.

      Oh the pup was tuckered out? Glad you carried him. My pugs would not stand to be run around, they would protest mightily. Great pace though!

      Lol thanks, I take him because he is super hyper and by the time I get home from running he would be like "Crazy lady take me out for a long walk" but I figure if I run him I do not have to walk him again, right?

    I cut the top of my foot but it seems to be healing nicely, I missed running so much I decided to put on a band aid and give it a go, and it was not as painful as I though :D
