      Welcome back!! I dropped my gym membership years ago!! Investing in workout clothes to battle the elements (I guess in FL that just means a good running rain jacket) were good tradeoffs.

      Hey, our dog is also named Max (he's old though so I can't take him running)! Don't worry about starting over...many of us have done it multiple times. The important thing is that you're getting back at it - welcome back!

    Starting slowly to get back into the saddle of the bike. I do not want to go too fast because I do not want my butt to be on pain lol. So glad I get to exercise in such a pretty place!
