I'm much more consistent than I've had time to post, which is good. Of course, if I don't write it down, I don't remember that I did it (or rather, how much I did), and that's not so helpful.

Still, I'm at least getting in one mile a day as a matter of course, and that's if I'm cutting corners. The short walk from where I got off the 134 and where Dianne picked me up for work was invigorating this morning.
