  1. walk
tired Every. Damn. Where. 6.75 mi

Tired. In the best possible way. This was a day's worth of getting around: to meet a friend for breakfast and back; then to the chiropractor, plus part of the way back from there; then up to... read more

  2. walk
good To TJ's and back 1.5 mi 00:30 20:00 pace

Trip including shopping and checkout: 50 minutes. Not bad for a walking trip!

  3. FIT
good Ambler to work 1.6 mi 00:35 21:52 pace

  5. walk
good home via Rittenhouse 0.85 mi 00:20 23:31 pace

Twenty minutes is a ballpark figure, certainly. I made a couple of stops along the way, but I *think* that after missing the first bus, I got home *before* the second one.

  6. walk
tired Just to the 17. 0.25 mi 00:04:30 18:00 pace

The bus just happened to get there as I was walking up. After insomnia between 2:15 and probably 3:45 or 4, I took it.

  7. walk
    alright 1.39 mi 00:30 21:34 pace

I was tired, and gradually more laden with groceries as I went. I slowed down after about a mile (once I was toting a couple pounds of fruit *and* a gallon of milk).
