First run in a long time. Nearly didn't go at all -- today has been really cold and windy and hearing that howling sound through the window just about sapped my motivation.
Even so, the sun was shining and I felt like doing something physical (lately, I've been feeling stiff and a bit old). So... I turned off my brain and got myself out the door.
The cold and even the wind were much less of a problem than I thought they would be. Once I warmed up I was fine (other than my hands anyway. Must get good winter running gear by next year.)
On the other hand I was wheezing like an old man going up a flight of stairs by the end, and I was alternating a minute run and a minute walk.
Still, in the end I felt good. I fell a lot more relaxed and alert now. I'll try and go again tomorrow.
