alright August 12, Tsukinoki Run, slight ouch 00:30

Was a bit more tired than usual. Also, started to have some problems with my ankle part way through. Pain went away, but now that I've rested it's sore again. Nothing terrible, but still...

Anyway, did a 6:1 time again today. Not sure about tomorrow.
