It's amazing how, once you get just a little bit of conditioning in, it's not that hard to run! Anyway, I went up to 6:1 today and it was no big deal.
And no typhoon!
Crazy hard rain all last night. Figured my chance for a run was gone, but when it lightened up for a bit, I went for it. Of course then the rain got stronger!

Did a 2:1 again, but felt a little more tired than yesterday. I went out around 8:00 though and all I had had to eat was a banana and some water, so that may explain it.
Felt good. Wanted to push myself a little more so I tried a 2:1 pace (instead of the 1:1) I've been doing. It was tougher, but no real problem.

Went well. First run in quite a while, but felt good, during and after. Very hot, but I didn't get too much of a burn.
Truly evil looking clouds coming in out the northwest, and a cold, cold wind.
