      Wish you speedy recovery Nidhi. Hope you will hit the road soon. But do follow doctors advise on when to resume running.

      Thanks Rina for sharing I have similar situation ... Thankfully my right foot is ok now ... But left is still giving me discomfort .. Though I am a bit lazy on my stretches as soon as it gets a bit ok ... I was hoping to participate in a running event now it's again start from scratch ... But all I hope is that running doesn't stop all together ... Gaps are ok ...
