    First class/workout in many months! Pretty low-key with 20 mins of flow and then the rest was holding and practicing poses; great to get back into it.

    I've had a cold and am dealing with some hamstring issues, so runs have been short. Hope I can step it up to 6 mi. later this week.

    6ish? Forgot to use my tracker for the whole run so I'll gift myself with a 6-miler. Left hip giving me a lot of difficulty lately so I hope that resolves soon.
