    6ish? Forgot to use my tracker for the whole run so I'll gift myself with a 6-miler. Left hip giving me a lot of difficulty lately so I hope that resolves soon.

    First run in 10 days and I was feeling it. Slow slow slow. Also, the heat and some humidity (weird for the desert) that I will have to get used to. Next time will go out a lot earlier in the morning.
