    Great, cool morning to run to the beach. Still battling through the knee issue, but this run felt better than the last!

    Doubled up today after a hiatus yesterday. Amazing morning to run, but it was painful. Booked an appointment with a chiro and looking into other running shoes.

      Run on the softer ground like trails or grass .Or it maybe time to get new shoes - who doesn't love getting new shoes? I also find that when my knee hurts it's actually my IT band is tight and needs rolling out.

    Legs felt SO heavy this morning, but still a great run in cute little neighborhoods and Kits Beach. Getting back into the running routine with energy stumbling blocks, but feeling okay.

    Ran along the beach to the Burrard Bridge and back. Did the first half in just 15 minutes and had a relaxing walk on the way back. Watched the sun rise!

    I usually wouldn't post a walk, but this was a mother of one. I went for a talk/walk with a friend and it felt like we went across the city...and bridges...felt great!

    Trying to get back into the running routine, but I didn't feel great at the end of this short run. Iron levels still feel down and my knees are killing me. I need to find a fabulous pool!

    I didn't hit my per usual calorie mark, but the cycle felt good. 40 minutes and 17.8 mi at a 5-8 resistance. Got the OK from Mr. Doc to start running again next week. Whoo hoo!
