    alright West End/Yaletown 7.84 mi 01:10 08:55 pace

Doubled up today after a hiatus yesterday. Amazing morning to run, but it was painful. Booked an appointment with a chiro and looking into other running shoes.

  8. RUN
    good West End/Burrard 6 km 00:30 08:02 pace

Short run to get back into it after a 3-day rain break. Short run, joints were killing again. Ugh.

      Winnie Y. Nice Job
      Nice Job:

Run on the softer ground like trails or grass .Or it maybe time to get new shoes - who doesn't love getting new shoes? I also find that when my knee hurts it's actually my IT band is tight and needs rolling out.

  10. VELO
    alright West End/Kits Beach 3.41 mi 00:30 6.8mph pace

Legs felt SO heavy this morning, but still a great run in cute little neighborhoods and Kits Beach. Getting back into the running routine with energy stumbling blocks, but feeling okay.

  11. RUN
good Kits Beach 3.42 mi 00:45 13:09 pace

Ran along the beach to the Burrard Bridge and back. Did the first half in just 15 minutes and had a relaxing walk on the way back. Watched the sun rise!

  12. RUN
good Kits Beach! 8 km 00:40 08:02 pace

Ran along the beach this AM. My body was craving exercise, so I woke up early! Coldplay's 'Amsterdam' was on repeat.

  13. VELO
great Gym Cycle 17.5 mi 00:40 26.2mph pace

Having cycled in a week. 40 minutes, 17.5 miles with 5-7 resistance. Felt great after switching it up!

  14. RUN

Never, ever, ever drinking again. Even Enrique couldn't pull me out of this rut.

  15. RUN
good West End to Burrard Bridge an... 10 km 00:55 08:51 pace

Feeling like I'm getting back to being a bit stronger. Put Enrique on repeat at ran to Davie and Burrard and back - with a very quick Starbucks stop in between :)

  16. walk
great Long, long, long walk. 25 km 03:30 13:31 pace

I usually wouldn't post a walk, but this was a mother of one. I went for a talk/walk with a friend and it felt like we went across the city...and bridges...felt great!

  17. RUN
blah Run in Kits to Jericho Beach 3.2 mi 00:30 09:22 pace

Trying to get back into the running routine, but I didn't feel great at the end of this short run. Iron levels still feel down and my knees are killing me. I need to find a fabulous pool!

  18. VELO
alright Cycle at Gym 17.8 mi 00:40 26.7mph pace

I didn't hit my per usual calorie mark, but the cycle felt good. 40 minutes and 17.8 mi at a 5-8 resistance. Got the OK from Mr. Doc to start running again next week. Whoo hoo!
