    I hate running during the day. I don't know why. Probably the worst run I ever did. I didn't plan out for along run though since I have to go to work soon. Just a short one.

    First actual ride on my new bike. Felt great and the cool air made the ride a bit easier. There were a couple hills so it got quite challenging
