    After the rain and before bed - got in a quick 2 miler!

    Leisurely run through the neighborhood - the wind was wicked but for the most part didn't bother us. Great day to be out!

    It was so hot and humid yesterday I knew I would keel over if we ran so we decided to take a nice walk after dinner. Worked out great.
