For the squats, I did 20 pounds instead of 10 .. I didn't really feel the burn last time. Also used 20 for the dead lift rows. Used 2 5's for everything else.

good Body pump Pump Challenge
It was only 20 minutes. It's pretty slow for the first couple weeks while you learn the basic moves and correct form. I also did 100 squats with dumbbells this morning.

I've done so many videos that I can pretty much do it on my own. Every once in awhile I'll play the DVD just to be sure I'm using correct form. I'll be switching up my routine pretty soon so I will have to follow a program/DVD.

Most gyms have classes but I don't have a gym membership so I'm doing it from home :) My IT bands get really tight when I run, therefore it causes inflammation in my knees. I just need to stretch more with a foam roller. I'm definitely going to try and run here and there, just not sure if I'll be able to. My focus right now is weight training and soon as spring gets here, back to running :)
