    Was good workout, interval style - 8 seconds on 12 seconds off for 20 minutes straight and a really high resistance.

    My Polar HRM stopped working this morning :( Very sad, will have to find out wear to buy a new strap. Apart from that, ran well.

    This one was so hard today! OMG. It killed me........in a good way. Really had to push, have a bit of back pain today which is not a good sign, will have to be careful.
