    ...would have been to rest today. But a snowstorm hit Boulder, so I *had* to get out on the trails. Quick jaunt up to the Mesa trail. 900' vertical, 8" new snow.

    Up to the Mesa trail and back with the dog, then another loop up sans dog. Hamstrings are still pretty tight from Sunday's long, but felt great otherwise. 1,700' vert
