On 4/8/11, just over a year ago, I started the C25K program. I could barely run the length of my street without being winded and having to stop. Since then I've lost 20+ lbs. and today I jogged 4.53 miles. Although I took a break during the Winter and am a lot slower than I wish I was, I am so happy I made that first step out the door.

    Way to go girl. I'm right there with you. Down 35 pounds and running regularly ... all since August 2011. It's amazing how quickly your body adapts.
