    Statham circuit, machine chest flys, pull downs, military machine shrugs and side raise plate abs. Eliptical for 35 minutes - 4 miles.

    Cool night out. Great sunset. Had to kick last 8 to beat the dark. Want to ride with some partners to get my average up and push the whole time.
