    Quick run with the girls. The lake path is 1 mi and fairly flat. The girls stayed way ahead!

    Whew! Warm up .25 mi, run 5 min, walk 40 seconds, cool down .25. I love this plan Val found! But running at all up here is HARD!

      I like it because it is starting SLOW (Lancey and Donna may not need that) and because it is only 3-4 days a week of running (good for my schedule). I am now working out in afternoons, still getting used to that. I will probably use walking around my block for the Sunday easys - my block is 2 mi and there is a +400 and -400 elevation gain on that walk. :-) You'll love it when you come!

    w/u .25 mi, then intervals on the treadmill intervals setting (I don't really know how long each one is), Level 3 hill @ 12 pace, then run at 11:15 between.

    Did 1/2 (no repeat) P90X pliometrics. Just not enough time before early calls! Oh, I guess I could get up earlier! :-) Huh. Still made me have jello legs going upstairs.
