      David I must have just missed you. I was out in the Kahtoolas tonight too, just on the main trail around 5pm. How were the FOMBA conditions?

      Gil. I was actually out in the am on the trail, ran Manch after work just took a while to post. I liked FOMBA better than the trail as snow was packed nicely compare to last week. I found the rec trail around Depot rd a little too icy, but still doable with the spikes. Going through the tunnel was a little like a roller coaster thanks to the snow machines.

    Hadn't run this race in a while so decided to run it this year. Felt good, a little too much headwind, but happy with the results AG 16/201 70/2140 overall. Great food at the end too :)
