10x400m repeats at 10k pace. Not too tough, but I had to do something to get my heart rate up. My mileage since the March marathon has been pretty minimal, so this trail marathon next week should be interesting. I'll either do fine since I'm rested, or I'll crater in the heat. Cool to see some ringers (Liza Howard) throwing in for this race.
