This was my last big long run for this training cycle. My goal was to take the out steady and then bring the back 10 down to race pace. First 10 at 7:47 pace. Last 10 @ 6:57 pace. The temps were chilly today, but I tried just wearing gloves and shorts. I was definitely far from overheated, but I was not too cold either. My form for the last couple miles was not great, but I was surprised how good I felt at the end. I'm starting to get impatient; I'm ready to race! This was not a great week for me, so it was nice to end it with a good run.
