     #FindYourStrong I usually drink Vega Recovery powder in Apple Berry. It has a smoothie taste and it helps my muscles repair.

    Two 1/2 mile intervals. Shins hurt during the first, but not the second. Now trying to figure out how to get rid of the burn between my thighs every time I run! Clothes suggestions?
