good Round A, and past school 6.15 km 00:38 10:03 pace

I think it's quite amusing that I ran 6.15 km at an average of 6:15 per km. Couldn't have done that if I'd tried!

Floored by the speed I went. Last couple of runs have been way faster than normal, I have to do one of my usual loops to see whether I really have started running faster, or if I'm just running faster (flatter?) routes.

Blister didn't start rubbing until just after the 5km mark (and that was with bodyglide), and my soles only cramped as I ran uphill.

One uphill, there was a cyclist on the road next to me, and I tried to stay level with him. Managed until the hill flattened off and he went zooming away.

Had decided earlier on in the run that I'd end up with a (200metre?) sprint finish back home from the traffic lights, and even though half of it was uphill (ouch crampy feet) I did it. Proud of me.
