This is the 6th week I've done this workout, and I really feel that my core is getting stronger. I feel it in my posture, I feel it when I'm going about my everyday chores. It's all good! 6 weeks ago, it was all I could do to eke out 5 reps of each, and now I'm trying to increase a little each week, and it's not killing me any more! (Even the jump lunges didn't make my legs burn too bad this week!)

Once my HM is over, I might do this workout twice a week.

warm up - jumping jacks, squats, lunges,

3x
10 plyometric jump squats

2x
8 row from plank (1.5kg weights)
8 girlie push ups
10 sit ups

2x
7 jump lunges
8 single-leg hamstring touches

2x
15 mountain climbers
15 legs-down

2x
15 dead lift highpulls
15 overhead push press
15 bicep curls (each using 3kg weights)

2x
8 burpees (without the push up)

40s plank on right arm
30s plank on both arm
40s plank on left arm
30s plank on both arms

Well done Ruth, glad to read you are slowly progressing each week, so many just stick at the same level for ever and wonder why they are no longer benefitting. A real picture as well, always good to look at who you are talking to.

@Fegrig: My aim is to reach the "beginner" level of this workout, sometime in the next year ;-) And I hate pictures of me. I always look odd.

Really good job. Isn't it great when we can actually feel the progress?

I just hope I carry on feeling the benefit when I'm not coming from couch potato to a-little-bit-of-exercise.
