Just fitted a wee 5k in before meeting at the bank. Some places you can't really turn up all sweaty and smelly.

Haha. Opening a new account with a new bank. Had to make a decent impression. But I'll bear that in mind if we take a loan for a new bathroom!

I wouldn't mind taking Krav Maga classes myself! Good work and I am so sad that it is that important to move it up in the schedule too. :(

I missed Krav Maga. Nice to start again, even if there are only 2 of us from last year's group, so we had to start pretty much from the beginning.

I just looked at the pace - it's really fast compared to my usual hill-training pace, more so given I'm not 100%. Thanks for pointing that out (and for your get-well wishes), Ruchi!

Thanks. The book I've been reading really recommends short hill sprints. Really short. Start with 8 seconds. Later in the training cycle up it to 10 and eventually 12 second sprints. You can run a hill for. 8 seconds. I was surprised how short it was.
