      Practical self defense. With the latest spate of attacks in the country, a group of women in my neighborhood hired a teacher together so we can learn how to look after ourselves. From general street fights (fists and feet) and knives. So far. I love it.

      Yes, one of my 3:30 min rest/recovery intervals is completely absent from my run summary. Not sure why Garmin got confused, but it seemed to have done. I felt like I was running about as fast as I could, and my watch (when I looked at it) said paces ranging from 5:30-5:55. I'm discounting the slow repeat.
