      Thanks for your concern, Ben. We're all OK, we're all safe. Jerusalem's had no sirens since last Saturday, but my husband texts me from the stairwell of his office building in Tel Aviv most days telling me that they had another siren over there. I just can't get out and run. Which isn't good, with another relay ultra in about 2 months. I shouldn't be logging single-figure kilometre weeks.
