    It took a while to warm up my knees. 15 years of annoying knees is a long freaking time. Thank God I can see a doctor about them next year. Up w/ Chris Hayes is on...swoon. :D

    I went at a moderate pace and steady resistance levels of 6, 9 and 12 out of 12. Did mini yoga after to gently stretch myself. My knees feel a little sore, but that's nothing new.

    Took the old folks out for a run to burn off some holiday calories. Love my parents. I did push the pace more easily than I thought I could. Slow, long run tomorrow.
