TF HIIT30 & LMP Pump & Burn - there's some kind of unwritten rule to do weights first and then cardio, but I had noticed yesterday that I'm burning more calories by doing cardio first & then weights, hmmm, I'll need to Google all this info... anyhoo, great workouts today. I've ordered the LES MILLS PUMP Ultimate Cross Training Deluxe DVDs! I can't wait to get those!! *claps hands happily*
