I did a run/walk today. I ran about half of the time that I was on the treadmill doing four minute bursts, with a cool-down and warm-up.

I was doing an assignment for my Fit and Well class where I had to run .25 miles and take heart rates a few times during the run. That is why the time is so random, lol.
